HISTORY

Born and raised in Niagara Falls, David G. Boniello earned his BS degree from the University of Miami and his Juris Law Degree from the New England School of Law in Boston. He returned home to start his law career shortly after being admitted to the New York State Bar in 1979. 

Mr. Boniello began practicing law alongside his father, the late Ralph A. Boniello, Jr.  In addition to his private practice, he has served on the staff of the Niagara County District Attorney's Office, Wheatfield Town Court, as well as the Niagara County Attorney's Office and the Town of Lewiston, as assistant or deputy attorney.  Mr. Boniello has often represented numerous area banks and lending institutions as closing attorney during real estate matters.

He has been affiliated as either a member, counsel or past president of various community groups and organizations, including the Niagara Falls Bar Association, Porta-Niagara Girls Club, Niagara Falls Area Board of Realtors and the Pine Avenue Business Association.  He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the New York State Civil and Criminal Trial Lawyers Association, and the Erie County Bar Asociation, as well as many other community organizations. 

A lifelong member of the local community, Mr. Boniello has been actively involved in civic projects and affairs during his career.  He has received numerous awards for his participation, including the Positive Attitude Brotherhood Award, or PABA, from the Pine Avenue Business Association in 1991, and the Helping Hand Award from the Porta-Niagara Girls Club and Family Center, in 1999.

Mr. Boniello's law practice is currently staffed with four paralegals.  He has office hours between 9am - 5pm Monday through Friday, as well as evenings and Saturdays.
